I am always very dedicated to my students and take my time to understand their needs and goals in order to create a yoga program that will really benefit them.

There are many yoga styles that can help you achieve your goals: strong and powerful Vinyasa Yoga, calming and relaxed Yin Yoga or classical and meditative Hatha Yoga. We can focus on one particular style or combine them all to your benefit. To improve the breathing patterns we can add elements of Pranayama and to influence specifically your mindset, distress and relax, we can practice Yoga Nidra.

You are free to practice anywhere you want. Anytime you go on a vacation or have a very busy schedule at work, you can set up you private class online via Zoom. You will still get the full benefit of the practice without being bound to the place.
You receive regular help, guidance and support from your teacher. Discovering how your body and mind are connected is a process that takes time and proper understanding.
